Contact with us

If you contact us by form or e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

    The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this context are Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the management of the cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents. 
    The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal data, we will not be able to manage your consents.
  2. YouTube
    Purpose: YouTube enables the embedding of content published on youtube.com into websites to enhance the website with videos. This requires processing the user’s IP-address and metadata. Cookies or cookie-like technologies can be stored and read. These can contain personal data and technical data like user IDs, consent, settings of the video player, connected devices, interactions with the service, push notifications and used account. This data can be used to collect visited websites, detailed statistics about user behavior, and it can be used to improve the services of Google. It can also be used for profiling, e.g. to provide you with personalized services, such as ads based on your interests or recommendations. This data may be linked by Google to the data of users logged in on the websites of Google (e.g. youtube.com and google.com). Google provides personal information to their affiliates and other trusted businesses or persons to process it for them, based on Google’s instructions and in compliance with Google’s privacy policy.

  3. Facebook Page Plugin
    Purpose: Facebook Page Plugin enables the embedding of Facebook pages into websites to enhance the website. This requires processing the user’s IP-address and metadata. Cookies or cookie-like technologies can be stored and read. These can contain personal data and technical data like user IDs. This data can be used to collect visited websites, detailed statistics about user behavior, and it can be used to improve the services of Meta. This data may be linked by Meta to the data of users logged in on the websites of Meta (e.g. facebook.com and instagram.com). For some of these purposes, Meta uses information across their products and the used devices. The information that they use for these purposes is automatically processed by their systems. But in some cases, they also use manual review to access and review user information. Meta shares the information that they collect globally, both internally across their offices and data centers, and externally with their partners, measurement vendors, service providers and other third parties.

  4. ConvertKit (rebranded as “Kit”)
    Purpose: ConvertKit is a marketing platform that allows us to differentiate audiences and send marketing messages via email. The service also plays contextual prompts to subscribe to newsletters. Cookies are used to assign a unique ID to each visitor to uniquely identify them across multiple subpages, to remember which newsletter subscription prompts have already been displayed, and to prevent attacks against the infrastructure of the service.

The website is hosted by webgo GmbH (address: Wandsbeker Zollstr. 95, 22041 Hamburg). This means that webgo GmbH is also the processor. You can find their privacy policy at webgo.de/datenschutz/.

Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on this website is logged.
The following are logged:

  • Name of the retrieved file
  • the date
  • Time of the retrieval
  • Web browser
  • Requesting domain
  • IP address of the requesting computer

The use of IP addresses is based on the legal basis of “legitimate interest” (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The “legitimate interest” is to ensure a smooth connection to the website and to ensure the stability of the system in general. The log files are therefore not used for “user profiling” or similar procedures.
