My Journey Through Burnout

Burnout isn’t just a concept I studied in textbooks or a topic I explore with clients—it’s something I’ve lived through myself. Years ago, I found myself utterly exhausted, emotionally drained, and disconnected from the work and life I once loved. It was more than just stress—it was burnout. That experience was a turning point in my life and career.
Through my own recovery, I gained a profound understanding of what burnout is, how it takes hold, and, most importantly, how to heal. This personal journey inspired me to specialize in burnout treatment and prevention, helping countless others navigate their way out of exhaustion and rediscover balance and purpose.

What Is Burnout?

Burnout is an all-encompassing exhaustion—mental, physical, and emotional. It doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of prolonged stress, high demands, and often, a lack of boundaries.
